Terms of commission

These terms apply when you commission work from Core Routepoint Analytics. They sit alongside the refund notice and the privacy notice.

Acceptance

By sending a note through this site, paying a deposit, or confirming a date in writing, you offer to commission work on these terms. We accept by sending a written estimate and a confirmation of dates. If our confirmation differs from your note, the confirmation governs.

You must be able to enter a contract under Georgian law. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The work

We provide route studies, delivery area maps, observed rounds, and dispatcher briefings as described on this site and as specified in the estimate. The estimate names the rounds, the number of field days, the form of the plates, and the fee in GEL. Work that is not named is outside the commission.

We do not operate vans, hire drivers, collect crates, or sell a monthly seat. Drawings describe the week we were given and the days we walked. They are not a promise that next Thursday will match.

Your materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy of drop lists, addresses, and permissions to ride. If a courtyard refuses us, the field day records that refusal rather than inventing a door.

Intellectual property

Until the final fee is paid, draft plates and notes remain our property. After payment of the remainder, you may copy the finished plates for drivers and staff of the commissioning firm. You may not resell the plates, publish them as a street atlas, or present them as the work of another bureau. We may keep a file copy and may describe the type of round (not your client list) in our atlas notes unless the estimate says otherwise.

Liability

We draw with care from the paper and the kerb. We are not liable for lost crates, fuel, fines, or driver wages. Our total liability for a commission is limited to the fee paid for that commission, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including liability for intent or gross negligence). We are not liable for delay caused by weather, street works, illness on a field day, or your late delivery of manifests.

Confidentiality

Drop lists and client names you give us are kept in the cabinet for the file period described in the privacy notice and are not shown to another firm.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum that Georgian law grants you.

Changes

If a confirmed field day must move, see the refund notice. Changes of scope (extra rounds, extra nights) require a revised estimate.
