Table session
Dispatcher briefing
A working session at the depot table to read plates, argue drop order, and leave with a one-page order of work for the following week.
A dispatcher briefing is for the week after plates exist — ours or a set you already drew in pencil. We sit with the people who assign doors, walk the drawings, and write a one-page order of work: which round starts earlier, which street is dropped on foot, which Friday is rerouted around the bazaar.
The session is not training in a classroom sense and not a sales visit. Bring the person who can change the sheet. If the owner cannot attend, say so; otherwise the hour is spent re-arguing decisions that will be reversed on Monday.
Included: two hours, up to six people at the table, and a one-page note the next working day. Extra hours are billed at 180 GEL. Briefings outside Tbilisi are quoted with travel. This session can stand alone or close a route study.
