Refunds, deposits, and missed days

Eligibility

Refunds apply to money paid to Core Routepoint Analytics for a named commission: a route study, a delivery area map, an observed round, or a dispatcher briefing. There is no shop of goods, no subscription, and no postage of merchandise.

Timeframe for asking

Write to info@core-routepoint.digital, or telephone +995 32 555 7690, as soon as you know a date cannot stand. Requests about a deposit must arrive before the first field day, except where we have already failed to provide the briefing.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of sums paid if we cancel a commission for our own reasons (illness that cannot be re-dated, or a conflict we should have seen). You also receive a full refund if you withdraw in writing before we have opened your sample week and before any field day — typically within two working days of the deposit, if reading has not begun.

Partial refund

If reading has begun but no field day has been walked and no plate has been issued even in draft, we refund the deposit minus 250 GEL for the hours already spent on the manifests, unless those hours are less; then we deduct the hours at 90 GEL. If a route study is shortened by agreement (fewer rounds than estimated), we refund the unused field days at the line amounts on the estimate.

Non-refundable items

• An observed round cancelled after noon on the working day before the round, if we had already committed the observer
• A briefing cancelled with less than one working day’s notice
• Draft plates once they have been issued to you, even if you later dislike the order they show
• Agreed transport and lodging already purchased for work outside Tbilisi municipality, unless the carrier refunds us — in which case we pass that refund on

Work already started

Once a field day has been walked, that day’s fee is earned. The remainder of a route study can still be stopped; we then invoice for reading, walked days, and any plates already issued, and refund the unused balance of the deposit and later payments.

Purchased materials

If we print extra working copies at your request, those print costs are earned once printed. Ordinary plates included in the estimate are part of the commission fee.

No-shows

If we arrive at the depot for an observed round or briefing and the named contact is absent without notice, the day or session is charged. We will offer one re-date within a month if the absence was an emergency, at our discretion.

Rescheduling

Field days and briefings may be moved once without charge if you give at least two working days’ notice. A second move is billed 80 GEL for the calendar change. Weather that makes a hill round unsafe is rescheduled without that charge.

Deposits

A 40 percent deposit holds dates for a route study or map. It is applied to the final invoice. It is refundable only as this notice allows. Observed rounds and briefings booked alone are paid when we confirm the day.

Process and method

We refund to the same account or method you used to pay, in GEL, within ten working days of agreeing the amount in writing. Georgian bank transfers can take an extra two working days to appear. We do not refund in kind with extra plates unless you ask for that instead of money.

Exceptions

If Georgian consumer law grants a mandatory cooling-off right for a distance contract you entered as a private person, that right applies alongside this notice. Firms commissioning in the course of trade are held to the estimate and to the paragraphs above.
