Privacy notice
This notice explains what we keep when you write to the desk or commission a study, how long it stays in the cabinet, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
Controller

What we collect
From an enquiry: name, email, optional description of rounds and districts, and the message you write. From a commission: drop lists, waybills, kilometre logs, driver first names if you include them, depot addresses, and notes we take on field days. From the site: the cookie choice stored under the key described in the cookie notice.
We do not ask for passport numbers, payment-card numbers, or health information on this site. Do not put them in the message field.
Why we hold it
We reply to enquiries, prepare estimates, draw plates, hold briefings, issue invoices, and keep a file copy of finished work. The legal bases we rely on are the steps needed to answer you and perform a commission, our legitimate interest in running a small bureau and defending claims, and consent where you accept optional cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months, then destroyed. Commission files, including sample weeks and plates, are kept for five years after the final briefing, which matches how long a Georgian firm may still argue about a drawing. Invoices follow Georgian bookkeeping periods. Cookie choice remains until you clear it on your device.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion where we have no remaining need or legal duty to keep it. You may object to our holding notes for legitimate interests. Write to info@core-routepoint.digital. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
International transfers
The bureau works in Tbilisi. If we email plates to you and you read them outside Georgia, that reading is at your request. We do not sell lists to brokers. Hosting of this static site may store server logs in the country of the host; those logs are not drop lists.
Field days
An observed round may record a driver’s first name and the times of waits. We include those facts in the delay ledger you commissioned. Tell drivers before the day that one of us will ride or follow.
Children
The site is written for firms and adult dispatchers. We do not knowingly keep information about children.
