Rates and deposits

A route study for a single Tbilisi round with one field day is the 1,800 GEL starting figure. A second round in the same week is usually less than double, because the first reading of the streets is already done. A firm that runs to Kutaisi on the S1, or keeps a coastal string toward Batumi, pays for the extra field days and for lodging if we stay overnight — those lines appear on the estimate before you pay a deposit.

Maps are priced by how many clusters of doors you want on a sheet. A Vera–Saburtalo plate is one cluster. Adding Isani and Samgori is another. We do not sell “unlimited districts.”

What moves a quote. More vans are not always more money; more distinct rounds are. Nicknamed addresses (“the cellar under the blue balcony”) add a reading morning. Frozen weeks in February can add a second observed day if the first is spent watching ice instead of doors.

Deposit. Forty percent holds dates for a route study or a map. Observed rounds and briefings are paid in full when we confirm the day, unless they sit inside a larger study.

What we do not bill. There is no monthly seat, no per-login charge, and no surcharge for paying in GEL rather than in another currency. If you need an invoice for a Georgian company, say so on the note; we issue one with the bureau’s details.

Ask for a written estimate from the enquiry desk. Until that letter exists, treat every figure on this page as a floor, not a promise.
